What a fantastic day! This year, we participated in the prestigious NWX23 conference by XING in collaboration with ASSMANN. As part of NWX23, we engaged in discussions on shaping a better working world and future with many distinguished speakers such as 📚 author Sascha Lobo, 🎙️ podcaster Matze Hielscher, ⚽️ former national coach Steffi Jones, ex-professional Neven Subotic, and 👨🎤 content creator Gazelle Vollhase in various masterclasses and workshops.

For this reason, as part of the conference, we also conducted a workshop titled "NEW WORK - From Vision to Mission."
As part of this interactive workshop, Karla Aßmann (Managing Director of ASSMANN Büromöbel) and Michael Vogel (Managing Director of ASSMANN HOME) described from their own experience how to successfully develop a clear New Work vision for (your) organization and translate it into a compelling mission.
They presented practical steps and proven strategies to help decision-makers and companies fully leverage the potential of New Work in the office and home office.
