1) Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant our private customers a voluntary return right of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Within this voluntary return period, you can withdraw from the contract even after the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days has expired.

You can exercise our voluntary 30-day return policy by informing us via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) within 30 days of receiving the goods of your decision to withdraw from this contract. A prerequisite for exercising this voluntary return right is that you return the goods completely, in their original condition, and without any damage. The return must be made either in the original packaging or in similar sturdy packaging. We bear the cost of returning the goods.

After we respond, please return the packageable goods using the included return label. If you no longer have this, please let us know, and we will issue you a replacement label. Freight goods will be picked up from your home. For the refund when exercising the return right, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by compliance with our rules for the additional contractually granted (voluntary) return right and remains independently valid. Until the deadline for the statutory right of withdrawal, only the legal conditions listed there apply. The contractually granted (voluntary) return right also does not limit your statutory warranty rights, which remain fully available to you.

2) Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions, where a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are neither commercial nor self-employed:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Instructions

1. Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging for adequate protection against transport damage.
2. Please do not return the goods freight collect.
3. Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1-2 are not a precondition for effectively exercising your right of withdrawal.
